Double Concertina Card

This is really simple to create but really allows you to show off some of the fabulous papers you will have in your stash

Card Making Instructions

Begin with a sheet of card measuring 11 x 8 1/4 and score at 5 1/2 to create the card base

Using the embossing folder, emboss 2 pieces which measure 8 x 5 1/4. These want adhering inside

Onto the front adhere a sheet of glitter measuring 8 x 5 1/4 and an embossed layer measuring 7 3/4 by 5 

Onto the back I adhered a sheet of white which measured 8 by 5 1/4 for the message

To create the concertina pieces you want 2 pieces of card which measure 10 x 4 inch.

At one end measure 1 1/2 inch up from the bottom and put a mark. 

Using a pencil draw from the top left hand corner to the pencil mark and cut away

Score these at 2 3/4, 5 1/2, 8 1/4 and concertina fold them

Glue these into the card base in line with the edges of the embossed sheet

To create a template for the patterned paper. using copier paper create panels as the steps above. Instead of scoring cut at 2 3/4, 5 1/2, 8 1/4

From the horizontal bottom edge on each piece chop off 1/4 inch. 

With the highest part of the slant of on the left, cut 1/4 inch off the right hand side of each piece.

Use these to draw around the patterned papers.

On 2 I chose to stamp my image and sentiment and finish with nuvo drops
