A fun card for you all today, my nephews would certainly love this type of card base. With hindsight I think in the future I would use a lower weight of card. I used a 320gsm but think that a lower weight would create less bulk with the fold out and a smoother mechanism
There is a full video tutorial on my YouTube Channel which you can find here

Card Making Instructions
Start with a piece of card measuring 5 inch by 6 inch and score this at 3 on the 6 inch side
On this score line make a mark 1 inch down top and bottom. Then 1 inch either side of the score line and score down to the 1 inch mark (See video for clarity)
Fold the diagonal score lines as valleys and the vertical as a mountain
For the matts and layers you need two of each
Mats 2 3/4 by 4 3/4
Layers 2 1/2 by 4 1/2
Onto both you need to mark one inch in on both edges at the top and 1 inch down. Join the dots and cut off the corners
I added mats & layers
Mats 5 1/2 by 8 inch
5 1/4 by 7 3/4 inch
Take a piece of card measuring 7 3/4 by 5 inch and score at 2 inch on the long edge.
Add mats and layers
Mat x1 5 1/2 by 4 3/4
Layer x1 5 1/4 by 4 1/2
Mat x1 1 3/4 by 4 3/4
Layer 1 1/2 by 4 1/2
The 2 inch part had glue added to the back and was lined up with the top of the pop out mechanism.
Glue was then applied onto the back part of the first piece of card we scored and added onto the card base
I used a piece of card measuring 6 1/4 by 1 1/2 inch and scored this at 1/2 and 5 3/4
The 2 tabs were folded under either side of the pull mechanism and the tabs were glued to the card base about 1 inch from the bottom of the card base
Wow! Awesome card!
