Split Panel Card

This is one of those designs that totally evolved while on the craft table! I never actually had any intention of it being like this and started out life as a tower card! This stamp range is also one that makes me smile every year

There is of course a video to follow on my YouTube Channel

Card Making Instructions

Begin with a sheet of card measuring 10 3/4 by 5 1/2 inch and score this on the long side at 1 1/4, 2 1/2, 8 2/4 and 9 1/2 inch.

Turn the card, so the short side is at the top, miss the first panel and score at 1 1/4 and 4 1/4 down to 3 3/4 only. Spin the card 180 degrees and repeat.

Turn the card so the long side is back at the top and score between the 1 1/4 and 4 1/4 score marks at 3 3/4 and 7 inch. Check out the template picture below

Looking at the template above you need to cut the solid lines only

On the part you have just cut, fold the middle score lines as valleys. Holding the card so the long side is at the top, also fold the 1st and last score lines as valley. The rest are mountains

Using Patterned paper cut
x4 3 2/4 by 1 inch
x8 1 x 1 inch
x2 1 x 5 1/4 inch.

The image and sentiments were stamped onto a panel measuring 5 1/4 by 3 inch and coloured using copic markers. The panel was then finished with a few sequins from the merry craftmas kit
