Slimline Panel Card

I adore how this card turned out and it requires no dies at all for the card base. You can decorate it in what ever you wish

There is a video up on YouTube Channel detailing the process

Card Making Instructions

Begin with a sheet of card measuring 8 inch by 8 inch

Score this at 1,2,3,5,6,7 inch, turn 90 degrees and score at 2,4 and 6 inch between the 2 and 5 inch score lines already created and between the 5 and 7

Cut the last score lines you created, See video for clarity

Score diagonally from the corner of each cut to the opposite corner. On the edges score to the top corners (Watch video for clarity)

Fold the vertical scores as valley, mountain, valley, valley, mountain, valley. Then fold the diagonals as mountains.

The Mat for the centre panel measures 1 3/4 by 7 3/4 while the layer is 1 1/2 by 7 1/2.

The 2 mats for the outer panels measure 3/4 by 7 3/4 and the layers 1/2 by 7 1/2

To create the triangles cut 4 squares for the mats measuring 1 3/4 by 1 3/4 inch and 4 squares of the pattern measuring 1 1/2 by 1 1/2.

Then cut the squares diagonally in half corner to corner. Then corner to middle

The Happy Birthday was cut out in black and in gold glitter to create a shadow and adhered onto the centre panel

The images were stamped and die cut out, coloured using copic markers and finished with glossy accents

Happy Crafting
