Layered Star Card

I am totally in love with this card!! I feel it turned out better than I ever imagined and really is easy

Card Making Instructions

Cut Card to measure:-

6 by 5 1/2 inch (x1)

5 by 5 1/2 inch (x2)

4 by 5 1/2 inch (x3)

3 by 5 1/2 inch (x2)

2 by 5 1/2 inch (x2)

1 1/4 by 5 1/2 (x2)

These were scored at 1 1/4, 2 1/2, 3 3/4 & 5 inch

on the narrowest panels the corners were trimmed

Each one was glued together to create a column

These were glued together as follows

Mats & layers were created using the digital paper and measured

Mat 5 3/4 by 1 Layer 5 1/2 by 3/4 (x2)

Mat 4 3/4 by 1 Layer 4 1/2 by 3/4 (x4)

Mat 3 3/4 by 1 Layer 3 1/2 by 3/4 (x4)

Mat 2 3/4 by 1 Layer 2 1/2 by 3/4 (x4)

Mat 1 3/4 by 1 Layer 1 1/2 by 3/4 (x2)

Mat 1 by 1 Layer 3/4 by 3/4 (x4)

Mat 1/2 by 1 Layer 1/4 by 3/4 (x2)

The image was stamped, coloured and fussy cut out. A piece of acetate was added behind the image and the sentiment was added at the top of the acetate. 

A strip measuring 3 inch by 1 inch that is scored at 1/2, 1, 2, 2 1/2 inch  

Glue was added onto the 2 tabs and this was adhered onto the front

Piggy was then adhered onto this
