Card Making Instructions

I begun with 2 sheets of red card measuring 6 by 11 inch. One of the sheets was scored at 5 1/2 inch

2 piece of white stamping card were cut. One measured 10 1/2 by 5 1/2 inch, the second 4 3/4 by 5 1/2 inch. The small images from the stamp set were used to create designer paper.

And the daisies were coloured in using copic markers

These were mounted onto glitter card measuring 10 3/4 by 5 3/4 and 5 by 5 3/4. The smaller one was scored at 2 1/2 inch on the shortest edge and then glued onto the sheet of red card which had been scored earlier

The larger sheet was adhered onto the second sheet of red and scored at 2 3/4, 5 1/2 and 8 1/4 inch

The nesting die was used to cut at the half way point on the largest piece going through all 3 layers

The duck image was stamped and mirror stamped, before being coloured and die cut

A piece of cotton was glued onto the duck and then the second duck as glued onto the opposite side. This was taped onto the back of the heart aperture

This panel was then folded so the centre score is a mountain and the other two valleys. This was glued into the card base

A piece of black card was cut for the front panel and measured 5 by 5 3/4. The banners and sentiment were cut and adhered onto the panel. The duck was added using foam tape and the bee from the stamp set stamped in the distress oxide. Nuvo drops in oyster grey were also added

This was glued onto the front of the card and a plain piece of white onto the back
