Card Making Instructions

2 strips of card measuring 6 inch by 3 1/2 inch. These are scored at 3 3/4 and 5 1/2 inch. The edges are then trimmed out of the 1/2 inch flap

Green card measures 3 1/2 by 3 1/4 and patterned paper measures 3 1/4 by 3 inch for the larger panels. For the smaller panels the green is 1 1/2 by 3 1/4 and the pattern is 1 1/4 by 3 inch. 

Holes were punched into the larger panels using an office hole punch and ribbon threaded through, before the two panels were glued together to create the bag

Two panels were cut measuring 1 inch by 4 3/4 and scored at 1/2 and 4 1/4. These were fastened into the base using liquid glue

The flowers were stamped, coloured and die cut out before being attached onto acetate strips. 

These strips were then arranged within the base and glued into place

The mum sentiment was cut out using mirror card for the shadow and the actual Mum letters were cut 3 times into green and adhered together to give dimension. Before being glued onto the front of the card base
