Card Making Instructions:-
The scene was stamped using the images into a panel measuring 6 3/4 inch by 3 7/8. This was coloured up using my Copic Markers
To create the card base itself. I took a sheet of A4 and cut to 6inch along the short side. Leaving a 1 inch gap this was then scored at 1 and 5 inch. This needs to extend down the card to 8 1/2inch. The card was rotated to long side and scored at 1 inch and 8 1/2 inch between the two score marks you created. It was scored at 7 1/2 on the outside of the long score marks and then all the way across the card at 9 1/2 (See video for clarity). The long score lines were then cut using a craft knife.
On a piece of A4 stamping card I cut the short axis to 5 3/4 inch. Leaving a gap of 3/4 inch from the top the card was scored at 3/4 inch and 5 inch. These extended to 8 3/4 inch. The card was cut at 9 1/4 inch. The inside rectangle was cut away using a craft knife and the long side scored at 7 3/8 then folded into a mountain fold
This was laid on a piece of acetate and draw around with a pencil. The pencil lines were scored and a 1/4 inch margin added to all sides, including inside and then cut. A separate piece of acetate measuring 6 1/4 x 2 1/4 was cut and score at 1/4 inch on all edges.
The white card panels were stamped using the memento dew drops and the small stamps from with in the set. I secured the acetate using double sided sided tape to create shaker pockets and filled these with the shaker elements. These were I wanted then to hold immediately.
The sentiment was heat embossed and fussy cut out before being adhered with a drop of glue.
