This is actually an awful lot easier to create than it looks but certainly offers that wow factors!. This one was created for my daughters friend and her Mum was blown away with it
As always there is a video up on my YouTube Channel but the measurements can be found below

Card Making Instructions
Begin with a piece of card measuring 6 by 10 1/2 inch and score on the long side at 2 and 8 1/2 inch
Decide how big you want your largest circle opening to be. This one is going to form the front of the card. The nesting die I chose had a diameter of 5 2/8 inch. Tape this in place and run through the die cutting machine
You then need to cut 4 pieces of card to measure 6 by 7 3/8 inch and score these at 1/2 and 6 7/8 inch. Put one of these to the side for later!
I lined the score lines up with the one I had just cut and used this as a guide to ensure I got the circle die in the centre. I missed the next size down nesting die and went for the one below that. One cut I repeated this step until I have 3 pieces with descending size circles cut in them. (Each time I missed a die) check out the video for clarity
I cut circle outlines in mirror card using the nesting die for that circle and the next nesting die up and attached these around each cut circle using liquid glue
I cut a small circle from white card and stamped my sentiment before gluing this into the centre of the card I placed to one side early ( Should measure 6 by 7 3/8th and be scored at 1/2 and 6 7/8th)
The images were stamped and die cut out I used this stamp set twice to give me a large number of pandas. I laid each individual piece of card down in order and arranged my pandas, gluing them onto the back side so they are almost hiding in the circles
Place the largest piece so that it is face down.
Then take the next size circle and put glue on the edge tabs. These was to be glued up to the fold line on the large piece ( Please see video for clarity)
Once all pieces are in, finish with the solid back piece. This card base is designed so that each tab should butt up to the piece in front of it to give the dimension. The front Celebrate was cut out and glued on
A mat measuring 6 by 5 3/4 inch and a layer of 5 3/4 by 5 1/2 were applied onto the back to allow for a message
The front panel was then fished with the nuvo drops
